What? Bikinis for men? How on earth can they do that? Can it possibly be?
After all men don't have...
Well anyway, the other day, we were referred to this site in Scandinavia.
It's a company called Panos Emporio, and it humbly claims to be the biggest
swimwear manufacturer in Scandinavia.
Despite the fact that the summer had left us behind, the
curiosity was too much. And the southern hemisphere was readying itself for
summer... Could we be seeing macho Aussie hunks on Bondi Beach wearing
bikinis?
Wouldn't they look a bit kind of - you know - "not macho"?
So we took a look at the site of Panos Emporio in Sweden, and there! Your
basic bikini for men. Using that deft touch whereby the suspenders attach
from the trunks and cross around the neck, Greek-born designer Panagiotis
Papadopoulos has made it look quite cool - just what you need with all the
heat you might get. And that macho model in the shot doesn't look like he
particularly minds.
This could mean a new look on the beach for the guys. Check it out. And to
be fair to Panos, they seem to have a tremendous amount to offer in the
swimwear line, both for men and women.
Another creation from the same company is the paillot - an interesting all-in-one
swimsuit for women.
