
Antony Price
(Born 1945)
Trained at London's Royal College of Art 1965-68. Designer at Stirling
Cooper 1968-1974 and at Plaza 1974-79. He
was at the forefront of early 1970s glamrock
style and designed clothes for Bryan Ferry and
Roxy Music. Launched own label in 1979.
Famous for his wonderfully cut and
constructed overtly glamorous eveningwear
and bold tailored clothing.
