Edina Ronay

(Born 1945) and Stengard, Lena. Trained at St Martin's School of Art and London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Edina was a model and actress before she became interested in antique clothes. Launched knitwear company in the 1960s with Lena Stengard named Edina & Lena which specialized in nostalgic knitwear inspired by 1930s and 1940s designs. After the partnership was dissolved Edina Ronay launched her own fashion label in 1984 which conveys a classic line with a taste for glamour.
