Ozwald Boateng(Born 1967 London, UK)Ozwald grew up in North London. After qualifying as an IT specialist, Boateng made the move to the world of fashion at the age of 23. Trained at Hepworths in Milford Haven then worked for Tommy Nutter in Savile Row. Describes himself as a couture tailor. Produces "bespoke couture" as well as ready-to-wear that combine classic design with unusual colours and elegant cuts.. Shows in Paris though based in London. His clothes are notable for their excellent fabrics, superlative craftsmanship and unmistakable style. |
