Following the success of this year's Spring/Summer collection on Harrod's prestigious First Floor, Atlanta Ltd. is now launching Betsey Johnson's sexy new line of wearable clothing to a nationwide audience eager to buy the funky dresses, skirts, tops and trousers that they have been reading about in leading fashion magazines this year. Betsey's 20-year track record of producing consistently stylish garments has enthused a fashion community on the European side of the Atlantic who love her bold floral fabrics, beautiful textured velvets and exciting use of vivid colour. Using other fabrics such as satin, lace, plastic, crepe de chine, chiffon and boucle wool, Betsey produces five whole new collections a year.
The current collection includes rich lace-edged velvet party dresses and flowing floral satin print long dresses which will be shown at the NEC for the Christmas and early Spring season. Alongside will be retro-length dresses with a distinctive 1940' silhouette, and trousers, skirts, dresses and jackets inspired by the style of the 1960's.
The collections are aimed at the fashion-conscious urban female with a
young spirit and a leading-edge sophisticated taste.
