The company little WOMEN is the brainchild of Jane Watson and Julia Pearce. They set up the business as graduates from a fashion degree course with funding from the Princes Youth Business Trust in England. As the name suggests, little WOMEN design and manufacture perfectly proportioned garments for women 4' 10" to 5' 4", in sizes six to twenty. The collection they offer is an exclusive range of original designs aimed at the middle to upper end of the market. little WOMEN currently trades as a mail order operation direct to the public, but Jane and Julia feel that the time is right to expand into the wholesale market. This is their first showing at Premier Collections. The collection for Spring/Summer has a strong but feminine look with a Spanish theme. It focuses on slim silhouettes and swirling skirts with bright miniprints punctuated by bold plains. The range includes blouses, skirts, trousers and dresses to co-ordinate
with fully-lined waistcoats and soft tailored jackets. They also offer a
select range of casualwear and eveningwear.
