Sand
Danish Company founded in 1981. Their philosophy is to create a fashion
house based upon details, health, purity and simplicity. This is applied
to everything from raw materials and design to the staff themselves. The
founders wished to create a company in which the product contained
completely coordinated collections with a lifestyle concept.

In 1989, the company introduced Sand Men'sWear which gave the company
a more homogeneous profile. In 1993, the company expanded again with New
Basic on the Women's collection and in 1994 with New Classic on the Men's
collection.
